My name is Andrew Carothers, and I help buyers and sellers navigate the real estate market in Antelope Valley, Santa Clarita and the surrounding areas with clarity, communication, and a strong focus on marketing.


Before becoming an agent, I spent years behind the camera creating professional listing videos, photos, and social media campaigns for top-producing agents and team. That experience gave me a front-row seat to what actually makes homes sell for top dollar and what today’s buyers are really looking for online.


Now, I bring that same skill set directly to my clients.
